All orders $200 and over qualify for free shipping in Ontario with exceptions (see Additional Charges below). Orders under $200 have a flat shipping rate of $25 in Ontario. Orders will be delivered by Bliss Home Leisure or by a third party carrier of our choice. Carriers include Canpar, UPS, Fedex and Canada Post.
Pick-up in Store
Orders may be picked up at our store in Bradford ON. If you decide to pick up your order, you must place the order online and wait for the "Ready for Pick Up" email. If you have not received the email please do not come to the store. Orders are typically ready same day or next day.
A valid photo government ID and order number are required for picking up your order. If you wish to have someone pick up your order on your behalf please email us the person's full name and inform them to bring their government ID.
Large items may be considered oversized and may be subject to additional shipping fees. Oversized items which cannot be shipped by courier will be delivered by LTL.
Bliss Home Leisure reserves the right to contact the customer if shipping charges calculated within an order are incorrect upon investigation. If actual shipping is more expensive, the customer will be given the opportunity to pay the difference or cancel the order.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with the purchase.
In the event that your package or item arrives damaged Bliss Home Leisure will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please take a picture of the package and the contents that are damaged and email everything to [email protected]. Do not use, install, discard or return the item(s) to Bliss Home Leisure. The carrier has the right to send someone out to inspect the item and verify the damage. The damaged item must be kept with the original packaging until the carrier has completed their investigation into the claim and has given further instructions.
LTL items must be inspected by the receiver prior to signing off on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage at all on the packing, note it down with the driver, take pictures of the damaged packing along with the damages to the item itself, and email everything to [email protected]. A claim with the shipping company will be opened and until such time as the claim has been finalized the original packaging along with the item can not be used, installed, discarded, or returned to Bliss Home Leisure. The carrier has the right to send someone out to inspect the item and verify the damage. Claims can take from 6-8 weeks to be resolved.NOTE: In the case, you signed off for the item without inspecting it the carrier has the right to deny the claim.
Lost Items? Please notify us by email [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
All products sold by Bliss Home Leisure carry a manufacturer’s warranty, they are NOT manufactured by Bliss Home Leisure and are therefore covered only by the manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. If you believe that you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your products. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Items bought from Bliss Home Leisure online are eligible to be returned under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted
- Return requests must be made by email to [email protected] quoting the item, reason for return, and invoice number
- Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals etc. intact
- All chemicals, cut products, custom products and special orders are FINAL SALE
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded
- The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the item back to Bliss Home Leisure.
